Escape the Transition Traps™ is a virtual escape room experience that will transform how you see and achieve student success.
Are you tired of pushing hard for better student outcomes—only to see minimal impact?
Do your institution’s well-meaning initiatives lead to mediocre results? Does progress feel stalled—or worse, slipping backward?
You might be stuck in Transition Traps.
Enter a one-of-a-kind virtual escape room built around real academic struggles.
These hidden yet powerful forces quietly derail students, educators, and institutions alike. They may not be obvious, but transition traps are insidiously limiting student performance, reducing instructional impact, and preventing your institution from consistently achieving its academic and financial goals, even as you read these words.
Inside this immersive experience, your team will navigate custom designed rooms that reveal the unseen challenges students face as they shift from high school to college. Along the way, you’ll navigate the murky waters of academic expectations, uncover the root causes of underperformance, and build a shared language for identifying and solving hidden academic barriers.
By the end of this experience, you’ll walk away with:
- New insight into the invisible factors that hinder teaching and learning
- A sharper lens and shared vocabulary for improving academic work
- Actionable tools and strategies to help students succeed at scale
- Collaborative momentum with colleagues ready to lead change
